Which 10 U.S. cities will rock retail into 2010? (National Jeweler)

Troy, N.Y.–The retail stars look big and bright for Texas. Pitney Bowes Business Insight released its list of the top 10 U.S. metropolitan areas most likely to experience retail success for the rest of this year and into 2010, and Texas cities took four of the top spots.
